BRIDGE CARE CONNECTIONS IS BUILDING OUR 2027 BOARD

We’re looking for community-minded leaders who want to help us continue building stronger connections between communities and the healthcare system.

As Bridge Care Connections grows, we’re expanding our Board of Directors and looking for individuals who can bring their skills, experience, relationships, and passion to our mission.

We are currently seeking applicants for roles including:

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Controller / Finance

• Community Engagement & Partnerships

• Healthcare Equity & Advocacy

• Youth & Community Programs

• Community Events & Programs

• Fundraising & Development

• Marketing & Communications

• At-Large Board Member

Community Events & Programs is especially focused on helping us bring our mission into the community through workshops, resource events, educational programs, outreach activities, and community gatherings.

We’re looking for people who are organized, dependable, creative, connected to their communities, and passionate about creating meaningful programs that respond to real community needs.

You do not have to have previous nonprofit board experience to apply. We’re interested in what you bring to the table and how your experience, skills, relationships, and perspective can help Bridge Care Connections grow.
